A med-school dropout, Eldaroy was originally one of the Captains in the Mob, but when he was picked up by the Prohis, he instantly lost that position. He "reformed" while in their custody and was sent out to be used as a spy. Despite that, other Members have yet to figure out his secret since he plays the part so well. When tested by higher-ups, he passed with flying colors, so they have little to suspect (though it was a wonder he was allowed back in at all).
Because he has guilt about stabbing the Mob in the back, he drinks and smokes often (the best he can get his hands on), so just maybe he'll die a little more quickly before the Boss or any others find out his secret. Of course, Sterlyn has already figured it out, and she uses that as leverage against him, often making him do things he'd rather not or that she's supposed to do. Despite that, she probably would never tell Foshog or anyone else--that is, unless Roy really did something terrible.
He's been left with rules by the Bureau, one of them being that he cannot kill innocents. So if he's ever told to, he uses his skills to aim for a non-vital area that is extremely close to a vital organ so that it would seem there was killing, but the victim would only be left with a wound. Medical school left him with extensive knowledge of the human body. He learned to shoot with precision and a 97% success rate for hitting his mark when he was younger and his father (a hunter and from the army) taught him some tips.

Though he usually doesn't wear any clothing, he might wear a long, black overcoat and a dark fedora to help him blend in in dark places. Sometimes, he can be seen wearing a khaki-colored jacket, but nothing else, and other times, when asked specifically to do so, he'll put on an actual suit (navy blue, pinstripe). He'd probably wear nothing if he could get away with it. His jackets help to conceal his shoulder gun holsters, so that is the main reason he wears anything at all.
Also: He's a "lefty" and is quite allergic to cats (be them anthro or not). He has a bullet wound on his side from when he was captured by the Prohis (the only reason he was caught in the first place was because he was injured so badly and he couldn't escape).
What this character shouldn't be depicted doing: hitting on other guys (he's heterosexual), being charming (he's too much of an asshole to be a charmer), actually killing or seriously injuring someone (especially not Authority or a Civilian) unless absolutely necessary or unless instructed by CIA, petting/interacting with a cat (unless by accident-- possibly Hildd or someone else screwing with him), drinking/smoking anything cheap
