Jack found it hard to become a successful lawyer during his first year out of law school. Many other lawyers had already filled in for most needed positions, and his novice skills weren't wanted by most. However, when one of the newly-founded Mob's members needed a lawyer, others seemed a bit edgy to support such a devious bunch. That's when Foshog found Jack and pulled him under his wing. The young marten had potential, and with much fine-tuning and years of helping Foshog and those under him, Jack quickly became a both a highly-respected lawyer and top-ranking member of the Mob.
Jack is both the lawyer to the Parlor Mob members and Foshog's direct adviser. This pine marten will neither be intimidated by the law nor any case he takes on. Though in many cases, the jury has been bribed --or at least as many as could be bribed-- and the cases are won easily. Despite that, Jack can still win a case without help from bribery and foul-play, and he is considered one of the best criminal-defense lawyers in the Feral community. Though he has gotten offers to represent countless other criminals, he won't do any services to anyone outside of the Mob, as any other criminal is just a low-life not worth his effort or time.
This fellow is actually one of the easiest to get along with within the Mob's high-ranking circle. He has a friendly disposition, despite how serious he can become when he's on a case, and most members consider him at least a good acquaintance. He's trustworthy, and members are able to trust him to get something done if he says he will. Jack is one of the few members of the Mob who has a family, and although they can never know what his job truly entails, he still is rather close to them.
Jack has relations with Domestics and family life, so it's really no surprise that Jack doesn't mind Foshog's trouble-making kitten, Daniella. In fact, most of the time, if he expects to see her, he will bring her a treat or toy to occupy her when he and the Boss are talking business in another room. He's one of the few Members who will willingly be around the Domestic apprentice, as well as be nice to her (even though they all have to tolerate her regardless).
Jack really isn't any weapon's expert or anything of the sort; in fact, he uses weaponry the least out of the Mob's majority. Despite that, he does carry a small, sharp switchblade hidden in his tie, just in case violence occurs. He also knows basic self-defense, though just enough to make sure he can defend himself, if the situation requires it.
He's meant to keep up a civilian appearance when in the public and still uphold his Mob member status whilst in the presence of his fellow Mobsters. Although it's not too difficult for this sharp marten, it can be stressful at times. When he becomes stressed, he just loves to take a nap or lounge in the sun outdoors, even if he does have work to catch up on. He is, of course, one of the high-ranking members, so he has to keep on his toes -- even though all he seems to do is talk and file paperwork.
Other: His "wife" is an American mink, as are the kids. She is a widowed (now remarried) teacher at the elementary school in BCC. The kids are aged: 5, 8, and 11, and they do well to not ask too many questions about their step-father's work. That still doesn't stop them from loving him and seeing him as a great father-figure.
What this character shouldn't be depicted doing: being cruel or intentionally insensitive to others, being romantically involved with anyone (other than wife), drinking alcohol out of anything other than a shot glass (and not in excess), smoking, doing drugs
